I was able to sprint for the first time in a long time a couple weeks ago with no setbacks. My ankle can still fatigue easily and I have post-surgical pain in the tendon which moves my foot out. These are getting better as time goes on so I'm hopeful it will continue to improve over the next couple months.

I'm still Richie brace free on my surgically repaired foot and able to function in a normal shoe. My other foot (right), however, has continued to get worse. I have some knee discomfort on that side as well now which I never had before favoring it so greatly over the past 9 months. Most days, my right foot limits me more than my left repaired foot, and that is even with the custom molded Richie brace on the right foot.

I'm scheduled to have the All American on my right foot in early February, a little less than year after the left. We are dreading the early months following the procedures, but I do think its for the best. Can I fast forward a year??

Interestingly, I have migraine tension headaches as well. That'll be something to tackle after this next surgery I suppose.Mikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05987558925664199542noreply@blogger.com
